1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 8k8 app4 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through the website and mobile application (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the 8k8 app4 platform in any manner — whether by browsing, registering, depositing, or playing — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

8k8 app4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or closure of your account.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on 8k8 app4, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active 8k8 app4 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Player Conduct

By using the 8k8 app4 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or applicable international regulations.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game, system, or promotional mechanism on the platform, including through the use of bots, scripts, automated software, or any other artificial means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward 8k8 app4 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform or systems that you are not authorized to access.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the 8k8 app4 platform.

8k8 app4 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take appropriate action, including suspension or permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of any balance, without prior notice.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8k8 app4 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 8k8 app4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All payment methods must be registered in your own name.
• Third-Party Funding Prohibited: You must not use payment methods belonging to another person to fund your 8k8 app4 account. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment method may be reversed and your account suspended pending investigation.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, subject to change at 8k8 app4's discretion with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification. 8k8 app4 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• Anti-Money Laundering: 8k8 app4 is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

8k8 app4 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 8k8 app4 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

7 . Games & Fairness

All games available on the 8k8 app4 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, unbiased, and not subject to manipulation by 8k8 app4 or any third party. The following terms apply to gameplay:

• Game results are final once a round is completed. 8k8 app4 will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of a verified technical malfunction that materially affected the result.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 8k8 app4 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• 8k8 app4 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power interruption during gameplay.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k8 app4 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered thereon.

In no event shall 8k8 app4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8k8 app4 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

8k8 app4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Conduct that 8k8 app4 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games.

Upon termination for cause, 8k8 app4 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 8k8 app4 support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any pending transactions and verification requirements.

12. Amendments

8k8 app4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 8k8 app4 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The platform operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 8k8 app4 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
